At LVS Med Spas and Salons, we have a 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy to respect the time of our guests and providers. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will automatically incur the following fees, charged to the card on file: Injection/Medical Appointments: 15 minutes: $50 30-59 minutes: $100 60+ minutes: $150 Skin Health Appointments: Skin Consultations: $30 Skin Health Services: $50 If a client cancels late or no-shows three times, full prepayment will be required for future appointments. The prepaid amount is non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. However, if you reschedule prior to 48 hours of your appointment, the prepayment will be credited toward future services. We value our providers’ time, as they are often booked out weeks in advance. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling those spots. We appreciate your understanding, as our policy allows us to provide the highest quality service for all clients and ensures respect for our team’s time.
