Meet Lauren the Holistic Healer! Lauren is a Licensed Massage Therapist with seven years experience in massage, twelve years experience in cosmetology, and has been a licensed esthetician for over five years. Lauren’s interest in the wellness industry is diverse. Her style is best described as methodical, with the intention of relaxing and resetting the body’s nervous system. She incorporates and infuses the relaxing qualities of Swedish massage with the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue massage where needed.
